Acceptance

By downloading or using MPrint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Vu Khac Muoi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store or Google Play rules. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to App Store downloads.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Advertising and rewards

The app may display advertising, including optional rewarded video. In-app rewards have no cash value. Third-party advertising content and destinations are controlled by the advertising provider.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vu Khac Muoi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. The date above identifies the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
