8Frequently Asked Questions
Why does someone not appear correctly in the tree?
Open the person's profile and check their Parent, Partner, and Child connections. The tree is generated from these saved relationships.
Can I add information later?
Yes. Add the people you know first, then edit individual profiles or use Reports to fill the same missing field for several people.
How do I move a family branch to another phone?
On the source phone, open the branch-sharing option and display its QR code. On the receiving phone, open the Family menu, choose Import from QR, and scan it.
Does Archegenos share my family automatically?
No. Sharing occurs only when you deliberately use a report share action or present a branch QR code.
