VeteranSoduku (“the App”) is developed by Khac Muoi VU (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address, unless you choose to contact us — for example through the Report an Ad option or our support email — in which case we receive whatever information you include in that message.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

The App displays advertising using Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve and personalize ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's advertising partners may collect and use information such as:

• Device and advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA)

• Approximate location, derived from IP address

• Diagnostics, crash reports, and app performance data

• Ad interaction and viewing history

3. Your Consent Choices (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent request before using cookies, device identifiers, or other data to personalize ads, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can change your choice at any time from the App's Privacy & Ads settings.

4. Your Privacy Choices (US States)

If you are located in a US state with applicable privacy laws, such as California, you may have rights to limit certain data uses. The App supports these choices through its ad consent settings where available.

5. Advertising and analytics
Veteran Sudoku uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect information such as device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising data, interactions with advertisements, diagnostic information, crash data, and performance data. This information may be used to provide and measure advertising, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and improve services.

On supported Apple devices, Veteran Sudoku requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing data to be used for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. You may decline this permission and continue using the app. Where required, the app also provides regional consent and privacy choices through Google’s User Messaging Platform.

6. Children's Privacy

VeteranSoduku is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Retention & Security

We do not operate our own servers that store personal data collected by the App. Data processed by third-party advertising partners is retained and secured according to their own policies, linked above.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
